M. Teresa Mabry
Maria Teresa Mabry is a 3rd generation Phoenician – the grandchild of Mexican migrants and Black church leaders. M. Teresa graduated from Arizona State University with an Interdisciplinary degree in Justice Studies and Music, merging two loves. They build as an organizer because she knows there is something better for all of us. She is an inaugural Electoral Justice Fellow with the Movement for Black Lives and a member of Mijente. Teresa is an avid gardener, and spends their free time enjoying the sun and views of South Mountain from her backyard.
Nicole Delgado works with our leadership team to support staff development, implement organizational systems, and foster our organizational culture. Nicole has worked with systems involved folks for more than a decade, helping overcome barriers to the life they want and deserve to live. Nicole loves to help individuals shed old ideologies that limit their potential and help them to recognize their endless abilities. When Nicole is not at work she enjoys time with her family, traveling, and enjoying nature.
Election Protection Director
Excited to take on the role as the Election Protection Director Medina Moore comes to ADRC with social justice, voter rights and education, criminal justice reform events planning, logistical administration, and faith-based initiative experience. As a family member of a formerly incarcerated individual, she has a heart for impacted families and individuals. Forging a strong belief in equality for all, her passion has been to educate her generation, Millennials, as well as younger generations about the importance of voting and knowing the laws within their state
Brayan Adonix Gonzalez
Brayan Adonix Gonzalez's goal is to help formerly incarcerated individuals with resources that will elevate them to overcome any barriers from them being previously incarcerated. He loves his work and it brings him immense joy to see people's faces when he helps them with their legal issues. Brayan is a proud Phoenician and in his downtime loves collecting sneakers!
Organizing Director & Legal Strategist
Jovana Renteria has been in the frontlines of Arizona's biggest fights for the last 15 years! Jovana believes true chance will come only when impacted communities organize, resist and speak for ourselves. Jovana has supported the development of the legal clinic at ADRC and has helped empower community members to find their voice and fight for family unity!
Shelby Young is a passionate organizer with a background in voter registration and electoral campaigns. Shelby got her undergraduate degree from U of A and just completed her Master's in Educational Policy at ASU. While on her educational journey from a Microbiologist to policy advocacy she learned the profound impact that policy has on science curriculum. She is ecstatic to join the ADRC team, to empower our communities to vote and keep elections safe.
Gissele Moran Mancio
Gissele Moran M. is the Clinic Manager for the Second Chance AZ program at ADRC. She loves to support her community by helping people with different legal situations. When not in the office, she loves to do make-up and spend time with family!
When Olivia is not Creating content and running our Communications Team she is getting her education! Currently, she is at Arizona State University, W.P Carey School of Business, getting her Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Planning. She is a second-generation Black Chicana whose home is the Town of Guadalupe. She strives for change that lasts beyond this lifetime and the liberation of her people!
Digital Content and Operations Coordinator
Eldin Delgado is our Digital Content and Operations Coordinator! He attends Arizona State University as a first-generation Latino student, pursuing a Business Sustainability Degree at W.P. Carey. He is ecstatic to be a part of a team that empowers our Communities and prioritizes people in every aspect of work!
